Talent Acquisition Specialist – Danone Canada
We are looking to fill in Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary position for Danone Canada.
As part of this position, he will be accountable for:
Under the Talent Manager for Canada, your main mission will be to work with hiring managers throughout the functions to manage full life-cycle recruiting You will be involved in developing, maintaining and improving the processes and systems that support the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring out ability to successfully attract, assess, select and integrate top talent into the organization.
Also you will manage an innovative, competitive and cost-effective talent acquisition and development strategy including Internships and COOP. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the process and systems that support the Employer Branding and the talent strategy in Canada.
Help to optimise the implementation and management best-in-class practices for attracting and selecting top talent;
Build healthy, productive relationships with hiring managers throughout the organization
Lead a proactive approach to understand breakdowns and generate a breakthrough solution to address inefficiencies in applicant and recruitment process;
Research, build and deploy networks with industry experts from various companies in order to benchmark best practices and build expertise regarding current recruiting trends and challenges;
Identify Universities that are aligned to the overall strategy and develop and maintain sustainable relationships with the partners;
Build and deploy a specific attraction strategy to attract millennials linked to social media;
Contribute to the overall functional talent strategy through the development and execution of a comprehensive new graduates and school recruitment programs across Canada;
Manage the full life-cycle recruitment for internship and coop program;
Animate our Employer Branding in Universities to share our vision and mission and to connect with students with opportunities across Canada;
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:
Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce or Human Resources
2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment
Language: French and English spoken and written
Have a sense of priorities
Excellent time management
