Dynacare Director, Dynacare Mobile Services Health Professionals in Brampton, Ontario
As part of the Dynacare Mobile Services portfolio, there is a need for a position to focus on regulatory compliance requirements for contracted services of Health Professionals as well as internal quality compliance programs to ensure accuracy of reporting and client satisfaction.
Oversee the compliance program for recruitment of Health Professionals (HP), on-going compliance certification, internal quality programs for issue resolution.
Manage the HP liaisons teams for compliance to an effective training program, accreditation policies and associated quality control management for HP services, documentation errors/ issues and corrective actions
Manage HP Recruitment Manager to ensure compliance to HP contractor hiring practices.
Work with mobile services team to define, develop and implement new service offerings
Responsible for developing, maintaining and revising, as appropriate, company policies and procedures for general operation of the compliance program to ensure Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) compliance and to prevent illegal or improper conduct while managing the day-to-day operation of the program.
Ensure staff and HPs know and understand the policies.
Oversee compliance training in relevant areas
Consult with legal to resolve legal compliance issues or CRA investigations
Institute and maintain an effective compliance communication program for the organization
Act as a channel of communication to receive and direct major compliance issues for investigation and resolution
Collaborate with all departments (legal, HR, Operations, Management) for investigation and resolution.
Evaluate efficiency of quality process controls and improve them continuously
Provide reports to keep management informed of progress of compliance efforts
Participate in planning and annual budgeting process
Responsible for key performance requirements, escalation and continuous improvement processes
Undergraduate degrees in business, science or related discipline required with 1-2 years industry experience in compliance management.
Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry and contractor compliance programs
Experience from working collaboratively and cross-functionally
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Strategic mindset to work effectively and to view issues from multiple perspectives.
Leadership, communication, partnering delegation and objective setting skills
Strong change agent who is solution oriented
Proven track record of people management including coaching, motivating and development planning.
Strong Presentation skills to effectively present information and respond to management, regulatory agencies and customers as necessary
Conflict management experience.
