  • Lead and coach a team of professionals - people manager experience

  • Deliver high volume, full cycle recruitment with the candidate and manager experience in mind.

  • Influence equal opportunity and fair practice through being a process and policy owner

  • Establishes and keeps service level agreements

  • Ensure national leadership and presence on recruitment strategy and people planning with business leaders

  • Navigate through complex recruitment drives and campaigns often with the use of agencies

  • Establish an external reputation and presence that promotes our values and creates interest in Dynacare as an employer of choice

  • Champions our employee proposition/culture and ideal DNA

  • Actively recruits management roles using assessments and due process

  • Build internal capability to hire according to our brand essence

  • Support Metrics development and stewardship

Must have:

  • Post-secondary education: Bachelor Degree or equivalent

  • Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience with high volume hiring requirements

  • Analytical skills and research capability

  • Strong ethical judgment

  • Knowledge of recruitment related legislation and best practices

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills at intermediate to advanced level

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) and social media tools

  • Warm and approachable

  • Flexible and agile with change and changing circumstances

  • High energy level, comfortable performing multifaceted projects in conjunction with day-to-day activities

  • Ability to influence and work effectively with managers & business leaders and internal stakeholders to influence change

  • Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, tactful, mature, flexible

  • Ability to establish credibility and be decisive

  • Results and people oriented.
