As a Business Development Manager- Strategic Accounts you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities to grow our Strategic Accounts portfolio. Elevator services are provided to the customers from the nearest local Otis office. Working with your internal Otis colleagues, you are responsible for customer satisfaction, performance to contract terms and overall servicing of the accounts. You will report to the Director, Strategic Accounts.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Business Development – grow the Strategic Accounts’ maintenance portfolio in both monthly revenue and unit count.

  • Proactively prospecting potential accounts for new business.

  • Develop and build effective and solid relationships with new accounts.

  • Manage a portion of existing Otis Strategic Accounts portfolio of accounts.

  • Review RFP bid documents, draft proposals, prepare complete submissions, liaise and maintain an extensive follow-up process with clients to negotiate and secure NSA maintenance contracts.

  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations

  • Manage account receivables
