Job Overview

Looking to join an energetic and innovative talent acquisition team? Reporting to the manager, talent acquisition programs, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing reports to support the business needs.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the talent acquisition reporting requirements are accurate and meet deadlines; identify process and reporting initiatives

  • Develop a monthly balanced scorecard and weekly reports to measure performance against targets

  • Prepare monthly stewardship reports

  • Consult with key stakeholders on ad-hoc analytics, contract on scope and deliverables; complete ad hoc queries for data analysis and provide insights to transform the data to actionable wisdom

  • Analyze, interpret and communicate data to stakeholders

  • Identify, communicate, and fix data integrity and system issues as necessary

  • Work with various stakeholders to identify and incorporate changing business requirements

  • Develop and deliver presentations for leadership teams

  • Provide continuous improvement of reporting (i.e. automation of manual report compilation)

  • Ensure analytical processes run smoothly and procedures are documented

Required Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • Two or more years of experience working with analytical data in a similar position

  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent post-secondary degree

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Reporting in a SuccessFactors environment is strongly valued

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is an asset

  • Ability to form hypotheses from objective data and suggest solutions to improve business processes

  • You collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value

  • You continually seek greater knowledge about the systems, processes and hazards in the workplace, in order to understand not just what you do but why you do it
