If so, we’re looking for a talented Proposal Coordinator to join our Business Development Team in preparing winning proposals, presentations and marketing documentation that will impress our current and potential clients.
Based in our Calgary office and reporting to our Regional Vice President, this individual will work closely with a seasoned Proposal Writer and Business Development Manager to prepare various proposals and other documentation required for securing new business and project work.

How you’ll contribute as a Proposal Coordinator:
Provide writing and formatting assistance to the Proposal Writer Specialist and Business Development Manager to create winning proposals and presentations
Update and create the region’s marketing collateral and other marketing material while consistently applying the Colliers Project Leaders brand and key messaging
Maintain and update the region's project information and employee resumes as required
Assist in the search for RFPs, EOIs, and RFQs, and lead the go no go process
Liaise with various regional staff and other internal stakeholders to coordinate and develop proposal content
Assist with the coordination of conference and trade show opportunities and events
What you’ll bring to the table:
A university degree or diploma in journalism, marketing, communications, public relations or other related discipline or field of study
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in preparing various documentation, proposals, communications or marketing collateral
Experience in a professional services organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Self-motivation, initiative and the drive to produce a high-quality product
A results-oriented approach with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing tasks
Ability to work collaboratively with a team, contribute effectively to the proposal preparation and submission process, and continually seek to improve processes and procedures
Excellent ability to conduct research and compile various forms of information
Strong computer skills, in particular word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications
Graphic design (Adobe InDesign and Photoshop) experience is an asset
