Acosta Sales & Marketing Sales Support, Customer Manager Assistant in Calgary, Alberta

Overview:

Assists a group of Customer Managers in all Sales Support Functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customer Managers in fulfilling responsibilities for all customer requirements

  • Preparation of monthly & year to date sales reports by client, regionally & nationally

  • Update all specific customer reports, price change forms, rebate forms, new product listing forms

  • Preparation of new product presentations including forms & commodity number maintenance for customer listings

  • Prepares all customer price changes

  • Assist in preparation of customer booking sheets and booking sheets reporting

  • Coordinate activities to meet all customers administrative requirements

  • Assist Managers in preparing for sales meetings, customer appointments and/or client appointments

  • Assist in providing back up information on any client deduction to Business Manager group

  • Preparing and updating APL Maintenance forms for APL Coordinator

  • Communicate new store to NARS Coordinator

  • Assist on special projects by performing and coordinating appropriate tasks in a timely manner

  • organize group meetings including notifying participants & and arranging details

  • Place sample orders for Trade shows & customers

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a food brokerage or wholesale/retail based business.

  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication & organizational skills.

  • Solution oriented with an excellent ability to problem solve.

  • Excellent attention to detail and deadline management.
