KIK Consumer Brands – Household Division
Our Household Division (“Household”) is the #1 player in North American private label bleach, and supplies private label cleaning programs to prominent American retailers. Although Household started as a small bleach plant in Concord, Ontario, we have since expanded to a network of 8 plants strategically located across the United States to efficiently manufacture a variety of cleaners for both hard and soft surfaces. . KIK Consumer Brands – Pool Division
KIK’s Pool Additives Division (“Pool”) is a leading player in North America and key international markets with a broad brand and product portfolio spanning both the Mass and Specialty Retailer channels. We are well known for our Clorox® Pool&Spa™ products in the North American Mass channel, our BioGuard® brand in the North American, Australian and South Africa Specialty channel, and our Bayrol brand across Europe. The Master Data Analyst contributes to KIK Custom Products' success via creation and management of master data related to Customers and Sales Pricing to ensure data consistency, integrity, efficiency, control and compliance with procedures and policies on our Prestone Division
Review master data requests to determine desired outcome and proper course of action to take
Create, maintain and validate ERP system master data in the areas of Customer and Sales Pricing including mass upload of data
Provide support for internal business areas and processes various queries and/or reports for management and sales team
Conduct Root Cause analysis for troubleshoot issues resulting from master data using problem-solving techniques
Track and document pricing changes
Identify and recommend data or process improvements to master data
Responsible for preparing reports including tracking key trends and reconciliations on a weekly or monthly basis
Train other team members in ERP’s functions and create documentation
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar discipline
Experience working with any ERP system (JDE & SAP knowledge an asset)
2+ years Master Data Management experience (Customer and Pricing data preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of master data elements and processes
Attention to detail to complete assignments with a high degree of accuracy
Possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and analytical skills
Ability to apply policies and standards consistently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets and to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong multitasking, planning, prioritizing, and executing skills
Must be proactive, and have the ability to work independently as well as to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
