Exciting opportunity for a Branch Administrator in East Vancouver/Burnaby. Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Branch Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the branch. Duties include entering purchase orders, entering orders, and customer service, stock transfers, ordering office supplies, status updates and other administrative duties and special projects as required.

Requirements: The successful candidate will have 5 plus years of experience in an administrative support role with a medium sized company working in a fast paced deadline driven. Excellent communication skills, customer service skills, attention to detail, accurate, and the ability to multi task are required as are excellent problem solving abilities, and strong analytical and organizational skills. Experience in Silk or another ERP system as well as Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
