Reporting to the Team Lead, Admissions, this position is responsible for ensuring all of the documentation and information related to the admission process has been received, processed, and accurately entered into the PeopleSoft Student information system. In this role, you will also maintain, update and provide documentation that informs applicants and sponsors during the application process.
Prepare applicants’ hard copy files
Ensure all student information is entered into database accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare correspondence and other documentation required by applicants
Collect and compile information for applicant appeals
Administrative duties as assigned
High school diploma; certificate or diploma in related field preferred
Proven experience in a similar data entry role in a post-secondary educational institution, working with an enterprise or student information system (experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions preferred)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Working as part of a cohesive team, with time pressures and tight turnaround times
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills; detail oriented
Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service and relationship building
Ability to manage high work volumes and remain detail oriented
Experience with PeopleSoft an asset
SALARY: $36,867 - $46,208 per annum commensurate with education and experience. This position also includes immediate participation in our comprehensive pension and benefits plan. This is a cover off position which ends May 21, 2017.
