River Cree Resort & Casino Sage Bartender in Enoch, Alberta
Reporting to the Sage General Manager & Executive Chef, the Bartender will be responsible to receive and prepare drink orders in an efficient and timely manner.
Prepare drink orders.
Open the bar with appropriate supplies.
Receive money for drinks and give change back.
Use of Micros.
Clean the bar at the end of the night.
Cash closing procedures.
Bartender for Sage may be required to work in other food and beverage outlets from time to time as determined by Management.
Communication Skills: good speaking and listening skills to understand that tasks are being asked of them and to deal with any concerns from guests.
Physical Ability: Many of the Bartenders tasks require him/her to carry loads up to 25lbs. During any expediting he/she must be able to move the load on a tray across the restaurant floor smoothly.
