Opportunity to work with various customers and technology experts.Responsibilities:Managing small services and large hardware procurement contracts in various service lines. Interfacing and on boarding the various partners or suppliers. Being the single point of contact for the customer. Handling coordination with the various IBM technical and partner teams. This also includes doing the financials. project change requests, pricing, cost management and invoicing. Handling all customer communications. Understanding basic networking, mobility and data centre projects to be able to negotiate changes. You will be working with our partners, distributors and manufactures. Like Cisco, Tracelogixs, Bluestar. Also working with the TS (Technical Services) team for deployments and the IS Architects and Specialists.Must be Fluent French and English written and verbal communications. APCCA

  • Fluent French and English written and verbal communications.

  • Understanding Basic Networking in particular Cisco, Juniper and Brocade products, Mobility products like Motorola hand held devices and Data centre and Desktop applications and deployments.

  • The person has to have financial skills, needs proven excel skills.

  • Needs to have experience with Hardware logistics.

  • Business skills, understands that we need to attain revenue and gross profit targets, we need to forecast accurately so we can be proactive.

  • At least 3 yrs of experience in those areas above.

  • Daily onsite presence in St. Johns or Florenceville is required
