The flagship offering, Qradar, integrates previously disparate functions including log management, network behaviour analytics, and security event management into a total security intelligence solution. The new IBM Security App Exchange is a marketplace for the security community to create and share apps based on the Qradar platform. The opening of our security analytics platform is a major step towards advancing industry collaboration and innovation to battle highly organized cybercrime.As a member of the IBM Qradar Security Application Extension development team, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining application extensions for the Qradar platform as well as validating business partner application extensions. Software developers also provide fixes to defects identified by the verification team during the software development life cycle. The qualified candidate must be able to; 1. work in an agile development environment, 2. work with internal groups to implement, test and document application extensions 3. work well independently and within a team, especially cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentThis role will involve working with technology that is covered by embargo Export Regulations.   • English (fluent)

  • Minimum 1 year experience with agile development methodology

  • At least 6 months experience with python

  • At least 6 months experience javascript

  • At least 6 months with REST APIs and JSON
