As an on-the-road sales professional:
Prospecting, building and retaining relationships with current and new customers will be your top priority
Implementing new ways to grow sales will be your creative outlet to try all those good ideas
Accepting sales requests during sales calls will be done professionally and accurately
Obtaining and processing all pertinent customer and order information into our computer system may be tedious, but will be necessary
Following up with all customers to ensure satisfaction with their product or service should be the highlight of your day
Addressing complaints and issues in a timely manner will challenge you to turn the negative into a positive
What are we looking for?
Three or more years of wildly successful outside business-to-business sales experience
Experience in the commercial tire business is important so you can hit the ground running
Mechanical knowledge is an asset
A valid driver's license is non-negotiable. You must also be able to show us you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver's abstract
Self-motivated associates who have the ability to perform under pressure
A driven sales person who is not afraid of cold calls
