Required Responsibilities:

  • Conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business /process modeling

  • Gathering requirements from functional business owners

  • Assessing the business and application requirements

  • Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices

  • Configuring and testing the software

  • Driving the development of functional and systems specifications

  • Writing and maintaining necessary documentation

  • Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members

  • Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment

  • Provide support to deployment as necessary General Skills and Experience

  • Human Resources and Payroll experience from a business perspective.

  • Must have business process and analytical background skills.

  • Solid experience in successfully working with medium to large teams.

  • Writing and presentation skills

  • Relationship management and Interpersonal Skills.

  • Presentation and communication (oral/written) skills.

  • Superior analytical, problem solving, and decision making ability

  • Project Management experience

  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible.

  • At least 5 years experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience

  • At least 5 years experience in working with and implementing SAP Personnel Administration,Organizational Management, Benefits, and Time Management

  • At least 3 years experience in full life cycle implementations of SAP Human Resources (HR)

  • At least 2 years experience in lead capacity

  • English: Fluent
