Required Responsibilities:
Conducting Fit/Gap analysis and business /process modeling
Gathering requirements from functional business owners
Assessing the business and application requirements
Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices
Configuring and testing the software
Driving the development of functional and systems specifications
Writing and maintaining necessary documentation
Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members
Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment
Provide support to deployment as necessary General Skills and Experience
Human Resources and Payroll experience from a business perspective.
Must have business process and analytical background skills.
Solid experience in successfully working with medium to large teams.
Writing and presentation skills
Relationship management and Interpersonal Skills.
Presentation and communication (oral/written) skills.
Superior analytical, problem solving, and decision making ability
Project Management experience
Interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident and credible.
At least 5 years experience in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation experience
At least 5 years experience in working with and implementing SAP Personnel Administration,Organizational Management, Benefits, and Time Management
At least 3 years experience in full life cycle implementations of SAP Human Resources (HR)
At least 2 years experience in lead capacity
