Honeywell Receptionist (Lachine, QC) in Lachine, Canada

Responsibilities (but not limited to): * Interact directly with sales representative to coordinate phones, training material. * Required to work daily within online systems such as Adonis * Order supplies for branch * Book reservations for events * Handle all aspects of answering the phone; clients, suppliers, sales representative, while multi-tasking with other duties and responsibilities * Sending quotations to the clients * Data entry * Close out, bank deposit, invoicing, filling

*Basic qualifications: *

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • 1 years experience in an Administrative role handling multiple disciplines of duties and responsibilities Preferred qualifications:

  • Bilingual

  • Demonstrated ability of exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Strong and proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Good speaking and writing in french
  • Communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when needed
