AECOM is seeking a Service Writer to be based in our Lampman, Saskatchewan location.
This position will be responsible for posting billing and creating invoices, the creation and receipt of purchase orders in JD Edwards, the completion of service tickets (work orders) for repair and maintenance and for providing customer service to internal customers regarding equipment servicing. The service writer will set up and track certification, calibration and inspection schedules for all equipment required. May have some shipping and receiving responsibilities, and will perform other administrative duties as required.

Setup & completion of service tickets (work orders) for repair and maintenance.
May have some shipping and receiving responsibilities, and will perform other administrative duties as required.
Responsible for general administrative duties including answering phones, typing, filing, photocopying and data entry.
Assist Operations Centre personnel as required.
Safety administrative duties, involvement in attests.
NSC compliance for audit purposes.
High school diploma is required.
At least 1 year of progressively responsible experience in an administrative function.
Proficiency with JD Edwards would be an asset.
Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office Suite, particular attention to MS Excel and Word.
