Right now we’re hiring aSr. Marketing Coordinator – Corporate (Marketing).This role supports sector marketing in the communication and information flow between all internal business stakeholders/departments and the operations marketing team. This position ensures business initiatives and projects are delivered in full and on-time, driving incremental sales growth.

Organize and schedule marketing-related activities for all units and sector-specific programs.
Responsible for building the annual and monthly marketing plan templates, which include all initiatives identified by the Regional Marketing Manager.
Lead and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and departments to ensure proper tools are provided, timelines are met, information is complete, and expectations are clear.
Ensure Regional Marketing Managers are delivering on accounts, driving growth that’s aligned across the top 100 units.
Develop internal and external communication for various media.
Coordinate and capture central marketing initiatives and project details.
Measure the impact of marketing strategies/programs.

Minimum of two years of experience in Marketing execution or Operations with a high level of accountability as well as strategic and program planning experience.
Bachelor of Arts Degree or a College Diploma in Marketing or General Business Administration.
Proven knowledge of retail marketing, merchandising, and sales.
Skilled in retail, strategy, program development, and deployment.
Demonstrate effective communication (written/verbal).
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and plan effectively working with multiple deadlines.
Proficient knowledge of Windows applications, including: Word, Excel, and Power Point.
