Dynacare Customer Care Representative in Laval, Quebec

Dynacare is currently searching for a Customer Care Representative to join our Dynacare Next Specialty Team in Laval, Quebec. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday opportunity. Hours: 10:00am - 6:00pm.


  • Receive and process incoming inquiries and provide clients with essential information in a professional, polite and courteous manner; fluently in English & French (written & spoken) using a variety of databases.

  • Deal with client sensitive inquiries and ensure prompt and effective resolution of requests.

  • Ensure effective, courteous and customer-centric communication with all internal and external clients.

  • Contact Clients and Collection sites (Nationally/Internationally) to set-up client testing appointments.

  • Faxing, Data Entry, receipt generation & invoicing for ongoing and closed cases.

  • Assemble and distribute supplies to collection sites.

  • Document problems and complaints and assist in information gathering and resolution.

  • Perform data entry functions in order to update files andcorrect errors.Complete and follow-up on non-conformities.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards defined by the procedures in place.

  • Backup for completing the customer service admin review process for sending of test results.

  • Other miscellaneous tasks as required.

Must have:

  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)

  • Completion of secondary-school level education.

  • 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a highly-sensitive call centre environment.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) required.

  • Demonstrated ability to resolve customer concerns in a non-threatening, friendly manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace, sometimes stressful environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritize in a results driven, time sensitive function.

  • Solid ability to utilize dispute or conflict resolution techniques to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Ability to perform under pressure with competing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated Customer Centric approach.
