Accountemps is sourcing for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to assist our client with year end processes for two businesses. Based in Markham, this temporary assignment will require a commitment of at least 1 month from the Full Charge Bookkeeper. Duties for this role will include:
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable into QuickBooks;
- Performing account reconciliations together with bank reconciliations;
- Insuring all accounts are in order for year-end preparations.
To be considered for this temporary Full Charge Bookkeeper role, applicants must have 5+ years of recent work experience in a similar position, with demonstrated knowledge of general accounting principles for small-medium sized businesses. The successful candidate will be able to hit the ground running, will be an independent worker and have strong attention to detail. Recent work experience with QuickBooks is also required.
