The ideal candidate should have a good level of photographic knowledge and training, along with studio and product photography experience. Some office experience would be advantageous as the role requires communication via email and usage of Microsoft Office programs. In this role you will capture high-quality/high volume print ready product photography within agreed Service Level Agreements. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring quality of images captured while working to a high volume Maintaining consistency across a range of products in terms of colour and lighting Understanding product and pack photography lighting and rig-types and adjusting accordingly dependent on the type of product being shot Prioritising shooting according to Service Level Agreements and Internal Service Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Managing and ordering the day-to-day workflow and shelves Taking responsibility for and resolving photography queries Shooting Urgent and Rejected day-to-day products within required KPI’s Understand the role of the key photographic services offered by the business as a whole and their primary usages by the client Working flexibly within the Imaging Department; transferring knowledge and skills to other processes as and when needed At times be willing and able to convey your knowledge of the studio processes with visiting clients Identifying and escalating problems with Studio processes and suggesting solutions Be responsible for the maintenance of equipment and rigs used College or University level photographic knowledge and training Product photography and studio experience an asset Efficiency and speed while maintaining high quality of photography – strong attention to detail Strong multi-tasker with the ability to operate and make decisions independently using a bold, nimble and collaborative approach to problem solving Accountable, motivated, results driven and open to new ideas, passion for photography and ongoing learning Team player with mature attitude, always willing to offer support and the ability to cope under pressure Strong time management and prioritisation skills Good written and verbal communication skills Flexible and committed attitude to working and working hours
