Work is done with the help of computers by EMAIL/CHAT, no phones. Your responsibilities are to reply to English Canadian clientele, proceed to resolve problems, verify the customer file, proceed to upgrading or downgrading of services, inform of the latest promotions, make sales and perform data entry in customer file. All this, according to the company’s quality criteria, policies and procedures.

To qualify you must:

  • Be able to speak and write English with good vocabulary and spelling skills

  • Have your high school diploma or equivalent work experience

  • Provide a clear criminal history check

  • Be over 18 years of age
