Applies intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.

Responsibilities

Leads customer project delivery for server build and server decommissions Revenue as detailed in Impact section. Small to medium /straightforward/ local scope. Low risk straight forward legal and commercial issues. Leads project financials including P&L. Meets or exceeds approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecasts to the management. Leads business development. Identifies and develops new opportunities on current project. Supports qualification and opportunity assessment for small straightforward opportunities. Acts as opportunity manager for low risk deals. Leads client relationships. Leads first level to mid-level client delivery relationships. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Leads project team. Leads internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 7 people. Encourages skill development of project team members. Provides performance feedback for team members. Qualifications: Education and Experience First Level University degree 3 years of experience in project management or in like roles/businesses Knowledge and Skills

Demonstrates a working knowledge of UNIX and Windows server configuration, Demonstrates a basic key operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management. Understands project management methods. Participates in the company PM Profession’s community. On a development plan leading to higher PM skills. Demonstrates

Impact/Scope Delivery or opportunity management with impact on the revenue generally less than $500K or transition/ transformation for less than $50M. Complexity

Works on straightforward projects where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of several factors. Delivers projects usually affecting one client division. Coordinates and integrates the work efforts and deliverables of a small to medium one function, multi-vendor project team or sub- project of a larger project. Project is typically in one location. Manages projects with reasonable client deadlines. Certifications : ITIL V3 Required. PMP preferred. CompTIA Server required.
