Coordinator, Budget and Program (12 months contrat)

Accountable for the day-to-day management of sales programs for the business unit, this role processes customer claims, investigates and clears charge-backs, prepares monthly reporting, and coordinates the annual program contract process while also supporting the Budget and Program Management Manager in implementing process improvements.
We’ll trust you to make a big contribution to our team as you develop and grow - your intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, attention to detail, overall resourcefulness and proactive nature will ensure success - you will play a key part in helping us excel today and improve tomorrow!
Administer and coordinate program management activities including budget maintenance, promotions and payment processing in a program management database
Verify that customer invoices match committed programs
Process claim credits and associated accrual reversals
Perform budgeting and forecasting activities by assisting in the preparation and gathering of the data in order to conduct calculations and re-forecast programs in addition to the completion of journal entries for quarter end accrual process
Prepare and update relevant reports such as an updated monthly actual versus budget and forecasts for sales programs
To Succeed, You will have:
Completed post-secondary education; preferably in Business, Finance or related
1 year of administration processing experience in a high volume environment
Experience with Lotus Notes and/or AS/400 considered assets
Exceptional MS Office Suite proficiency; intermediate knowledge of MS Excel required including vlookup / pivot table proficiency (VBA not required)
Excellent communication skills, highly organized and possessing strong time management skills
Team player, proactive and self-disciplined
Occasional overtime based on the needs of the business
