Responsabilités:

TireConnect, a division of Bridgestone Canada Inc, is currently seeking for a Bilingual French-English Technical Support Specialist for its Richmond Hill location (L4S 0B8)

The employment type is a contract position of one (1) year of employment, with possibility of renewal.

PROFILE :

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic self-starters with unparalleled interpersonal skills individual who is able to handle multiple priorities, work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of excellent client experience.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Act as TireConnect representative in maintaining the company mandate by providing exceptional service to clients

  • First line of the support team helping clients with technical support, on-boarding and training

  • Receive and answer inquiries by providing information and guidance

  • Work with the team and clients to offer alternatives to irresolvable problems

  • Provide support by training on current or new initiatives being introduced

  • Maintain and enhancing relationships with members and existing clients

  • Committed to service excellence

  • Performing other duties as assigned and /or required.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

A successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in technical support/training environment or related required, preferably within the Automotive industry

  • Strong communicator and customer service with the ability to build lasting relationships, interpersonal, and influencing skills

  • Strong initiative and outstanding work ethic

  • Ability to interact professionally with various levels

  • Committed to learning and pursuing personal development

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
