Reporting directly into the Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the account managers and replying to customer inquiries. As a Bilingual Account Coordinator your duties will include: - entering orders into the system - verifying information such as purchase orders number, delivery numbers and special requirements - trouble-shooting issues as arrived - booking and ensuring all parties are advised of appointment times - order tracking - and other duties as assigned by management
