We have a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada . The ideal candidate is someone who works well in a team environment and who supports growth and process improvement.

In this position, you will provide administrative support to the calibration lab by performing a variety of routine and specialized functions involving customer contact, receiving and processing of equipment, data entry and database management. This position requires strong computer and excellent customer service skills. The work environment is fast paced, challenging and high energy.

Qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Must pass Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) requirements; minimum requirements to meet:

  • Must be a Canadian Citizen or have Canadian Permanent Resident status and;

  • Must have a clean police record.

  • Must meet the requirements to drive a company vehicle (have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record).

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; some post-secondary education preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role required.

  • Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet applications with an emphasis on Excel & Word required.

  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including occasional over time.

  • Must be able to lift up to 40lbs unassisted.


  • Prior experience working in a formal quality system/program preferred.

  • Experience in a billing and/or data tracking database desired.

  • Experience with Labmate, Gage, and Oracle a plus.
