Provide technical and administrative support for OHS department.
Maintain OHS, Disability and Training records, files and databases.
Prepare OHS reports and presentations.
Writing health and safety, programs and procedures for approval by OHS Manager.
Assist in the development, and deliver required safety training.
Conduct inspections and audits to assure compliance with safety requirements.
Participate in incident investigation and/or emergency response.
Liaises with management, employees, external OHS related agencies.
Other duties and assignments as required
Position Requirements (Experience, Technical Expertise):
1-2 years OHS work experience
Knowledge of OH&S Act, WSIA with emphasis on WSIB policies and processes
- OH&S Undergraduate degree/diploma/certificate
