Position Description

The Revenue Accountant will operate out of our Canadian Head Office in Mississauga, and will report directly to the Controller. This individual performs financial analysis and calculations of Sales Commissions and Service Level Agreements (SLA). This role will also provide revenue analysis support to the field.

You will have the opportunity to:

 Develop and maintain the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) portfolios in PeopleSoft ensuring that each account has a designated BRM or ISR

 Manage the portfolio based Commissions calculations for BRMs

 Review completed quarterly commission reports from Sales. Verify and validate against signed contracts

 Obtain and submit appropriate approvals to payroll for processing

 Track and report SLAs for both Commercial and Financial Institutions customers

 Provide final report for any contractual payments on missed SLAs and ensure payment

 Provide recommendations to branches on improved processed to avoid SLA payments

 Review monthly revenue reports, looking for trends and variances

 Provide support to branches on revenue analysis

 Conduct special studies and analysis such as determination of work-in-house, or cost impact of proposed processes

Position Qualifications

 A University/College education, or equivalent experience

 CPA designation, or currently in the process of completing.

 High level of cognitive ability

 Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access

 Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

 Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

 Demonstrated ability to assess and provide solutions for internal and external customers

 Strong communication skills (verbal and written), bilingual (English and French) is an asset
