CompuCom Solution Support II in Mississauga, Ontario
Assess and manage a range of Renewal, Change Order and less complex ITO service transactions across multiple service offerings. Coordinates team activities and participates in fact
finding meetings with the sales and delivery teams, and clients as appropriate. Work closely with International and Vendor Management in particular to manage governance and process efficiencies.
Provide support-line services to the broader sales and marketing community. Undertakes other projects and analysis as necessary to support the group objectives
Work independently or collaboratively with Bid Management to identify Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) required to develop Business Unit (BU) solution and cost for assigned opportunities.
Deconstructs bid documents for assigned opportunities to segment requirements, data points and underlying business challenges in support of solution development and win-theme planning
Leads opportunity pursuit and solution process, including responses to RFPs, contract renewals, and change orders for standard offerings (e.g. standard content and cost models exist).
Develops proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs) using standard templates for assigned opportunities and assesses and mitigates risks through the solution design and contract language.
Obtains and is responsible for maintaining contract management skills and an appropriate certification sufficient to be an approved signatory on CompuCom contracts.
Responsible for identifying business risk where it exists between CompuCom offerings and client requirements or internal business units and partner organizations.
Leads SOW and contract discussions and negotiations with Client with consultative support from Legal and Sales.
Secures all appropriate final opportunity/contract approvals from all required parties and required signatures.
Manages smooth hand-off to Business Unit delivery teams once the contract for service is signed.
Provides assistance as needed on the opportunity background to support delivery to avoid scope creep.
Able to understand CompuCom’s standard offerings at a detailed level that allows them to solution opportunities, build credibility, and discuss benefits and features to a client. This requires broad technical knowledge and some depth in one or more focus areas
Understands IT operational models, including shared services, outsourcing, rightsourcing and brokered services
Demonstrates strong knowledge of company services, business functions, policies, and procedures
Able to develop commercially and contractually sound SOWs and Change Requests
Able to manage multiple opportunities
Able to solution standard offerings for multiple lines of business
3 years experience working in a IT organization, specifically in the areas of sales, contract management or deal desk environments
Core Microsoft Office Tools WORD, EXCEL, PROJECT, POWERPOINT and VISIO
Basic Understanding of Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
