As the Web manager, part of the Digital Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and growth of our bilingual web properties. i.e. public web, partner relationship management. And work closely with offer data, and e-commerce. Focus to include both company-wide initiatives and localized projects for pilots or experimentation.

  • Work closely with Marketing teams to ensure freshness of content

  • Maintain content using corporate CMS and EDMS systems

  • Provide technical and CX guidance to internal content owners

  • Develop and execute web projects to meet growth targets

  • Program manage localized Global web initiatives

  • Support local SEO and SEM initiatives

  • Support analytics development and deployment

  • Be involved in each step of the projects and programs lifecycle to ensure alignment with both the company’s strategy and the technical platforms roadmap

Skills and experiences

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, or a complementary area

  • 6+ years’ related experience

  • Knowledgeable in front-end web design and development using in PHP, HTML, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL, MSSQL

  • Demonstrated experience using CMS(SDL) and EDMS

  • Experience in Project Management and cross-functional coordination

  • Strong organization and time management skills

  • Public Speaking and Active Listening skills

  • Responsive and energetic people management skills to interact with customers, colleagues, executives, partners, cross-functional teams and third parties

  • A resourceful problem solver who comes to work with a positive attitude

  • A strong team player who collaborates and demonstrates leadership by example
