Title: Program Quality Control Specialist Location: Canada-Quebec-Montreal Job Number: 00001GHH

POSITION SUMMARY: With guidance and support from the Program Managers and Senior Manager, the Quality Control Specialist is responsible for completing all internal program audits and participating inexternal program audits as required by each program and by Innomar policy. Additionally the Quality Control Specialist is responsible for quality control and review of all KPI investigations, program billing, reports, and staff QC spot checks. The Quality Control Specialist will report to the Program Manager. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement Quality Control procedures as per internal requirements and/or client contractual requirements with direction from Program Manager or designate; Organize and conduct internal audits for each assigned Program in order to ensure client requirements (procedural steps and AE reporting) are met; Spot check of internal audits within current working month for all programs; Responsible for creation, revision and tracking of SOP’s for each Program as assigned in conjunction with Program Manager or designate; Responsible for creation of program reports, as assigned Responsible for back-up support for co-pay approvals within assigned department; Liaise with QA department as needed for SOP’s and CAPA’s; QC of all program billing and KPI CAPAs Investigation of issues, as assigned by APM/PM and drafting of all feedback forms and/or CAPAs Implement and/or support continual process improvement related to specific Program processes and/or internal processes as assigned; Identifying, monitoring and presenting trends to management team Maintain accurate records management for scheduling and completing audits as per required timelines; Understand and apply company Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements in working with auditing procedures; The Quality Control Specialist will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time. Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline; Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry (or similar); Adaptability to change and to learn new skills as required; Experience in Quality Management/Quality Control an asset; Fluent bilingualism in French/English required.
