Our team is looking for a passionate Human Resources Coordinator to focus on General Recruiting and HR Support. This is a 6 month contract/full-time internship with the potential to go full-time.

As a Human Resources Coordinator for Vigilant, here are some of the things you’ll focus on:

  • Interface with candidates, co-workers, hiring managers, and third party vendors to schedule and manage candidate interviews; collect and distribute interview feedback

  • Maintain and track all interview and candidate activity through our state of the art, web based applicant tracking system

  • Initiate and monitor background checks

  • Draft and execute offer letters and supporting documentation; distribute and process applicant and new hire paperwork

  • Initiate and monitor new employee onboarding process

  • Assist in planning and execution of campus recruiting-related interviews and events as needed

  • Participating in the coordination of HR programs (Performance reviews, Onboarding, etc.)

  • Coordinating HR meetings (orientation meetings, Lunch and learns, 3 month follow-ups, etc.)

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements for candidates as needed

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
