Our Supply Chain Management team is looking for a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to support our shipping and asset management areas. You will maintain inventory levels and assist with asset management upkeep. You will work with multiple team members in a fast paced environment.

  • Smarts and exceptional support skills

  • A High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong experience with International Shipping, customs documentation and Shipping Software

  • Intermediate level computer skills in: MS Office, Collaboration tools and web based programs

  • The ability to lift and transport moderately heavy equipment (40-50 LBS average)

  • A valid driver’s license and a valid Passport

  • Strong Oral and Written Communication skills in English

    As a Shipping Coordinator for Vigilant, here are some of the things you’ll focus on:

  • Supporting packing of hardware to prepare for shipping via Fed-Ex or with our freight forwarder

  • Assisting with custom and shipping documentation

  • Tracking shipping while in transit, resolves issues and informs key members if there are delays

  • Ensuring all new assets are tagged and entered in the system

  • Assisting with receiving and properly changing the asset location in the system and ensuring assets going out are changed to the destination location

  • Contacting our offsite facilities and coordinates monthly inventory to ensure our stock is accurate

  • Keeping our stockroom and IT department organized and ensures items are placed in their proper location

  • Receiving, unpacking and distributing incoming shipments in the office
