Mackenzie Investments Supervisor, Client Relations in Montreal, Quebec

Our industry leading Client Relations team is currently looking to expand our Montreal office. We are looking for a highly motivated, committed and knowledgeable individual to join our leadership team whom would be reporting to the onsite Manager. The successful Client Relations Supervisor candidate will lead a team of inbound Client Relations Representatives (CRR’s) and be responsible for supporting their achievement, growth and development.

  • Post secondary education and 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Fully proficient in both English and French (English and French)

  • Successful completion of CSC/IFIC, is an asset
