Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operational responsibility for the store to ensure delivery of business performance at or exceeding targets including sales, comp sales growth, traffic and payroll as a % of sales

  • Effectively execute the retail talent management process and practices, including recruitment, hiring, performance management and coaching / development / training of store team.

  • Provide supervision, management, and support to store team.

  • Implement Bose visual merchandising standards and execute promotional strategies.

  • Coach store team on how to engage Bose customers at retail to offer a demonstrably unique customer experience resulting in desired sales results.

  • Communicate, reinforce management expectations to store team and act on store needs to ensure operational consistency.

  • Physical maintenance of the store and all company assets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):

  • Daily, weekly & monthly individual and store Sales

  • Sales growth (Comp Sales)

  • Conversion Rate

  • Individual and Store Average Ticket

  • Individual and Store $ / Hour

  • Individual and Store Units / Transaction

  • Show Attendance/Traffic Store Visit Report Scores

  • Payroll as a % of Sales

  • Ability to memorize show presentation

  • Knowledge of store operations

  • Consumer Electronics Industry knowledge helpful

Job Specifications:

  • Position reports to the Retail Market Manager in a given geographic region

  • Position currently has 8 -15 direct reports

  • Occasional travel may be required

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of related managerial experience.
