  • Assisting in the facilitation of finance contracts to our finance providers

  • Assist our broker partners to deliver all correct document to finance provider

  • Liaising with clients in arrears position to determine policy status

  • Organizing and mailing out of any cancellation letters and documents

  • Working through financials and payment details within Excel

  • Epic processing of client accounts

  • Scanning & filing

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


  • Willing to obtain Level 1 General Insurance License

  • 1-2 years office or administrative experience

  • Fast and accurate word processing (Microsoft Word) and data entry (Excel), especially with numbers

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong basic mathematical aptitude, problem solving ability

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

  • Superior computer skills

  • EPIC experience an asset
