Under the direction of the Business Transformation Lead, the Project Manager, Business Transformation will work closely with the Business Transformation team (BT) and enterprise wide subject matter experts throughout the business transformation process. This role spans multiple departments to ensure Innomar Strategies’ current state is accurately mapped and once the future state is crafted, develop a project plan that reflects the activities required to realize the future state to ensure that Innomar is well positioned for the future. The individual will be responsible for the planning, preparation, execution and documentation of the business transformation journey. The individual is expected to possess advanced business process knowledge of key areas of Innomar Strategies’ business including pharmacy, distribution, finance and patient support programs. The individual will serve as the key liaison between vendors and the BT team, and will be accountable for gathering accurate, comprehensive requirements, overseeing the building and the implementation of Innomar Strategies’ future state. The Project Manager will also collaborate with other AmerisourceBergen companies. This is a long term project that is expected to run over the course of 2-3 years. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with the BT Project lead and BT team to fully understand and capture Innomar’s current state and future state business requirements Owns the creation of a BT project plan to identify key milestones & deliverables regarding criticality, downstream impact if dates are missed and determine alternative/mitigating actions. Is responsible for ensuring that deliverables are achieved, on-time and on-budget. Monitors project deliverables and escalates when required to mitigate risks. Provides timely, concise communications to functional and executive leadership regarding project status and pending issues. Identifies issues and potential risks within the project; proactively manages them to resolution and/or mitigation with the assistance of the BT Lead and BT team Facilitates activities across internal stakeholders and subject matter experts as well as activities with contracted vendors Facilitates the RFI and RFP processes throughout the transformation journey Develop, maintain and share key performance indicators for the project Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Qualifications: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: · This role requires experience in all aspects of the enterprise business as well as experience in business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education · PMP certification or equivalent project management methodology training and hours preferred · Requires full project life cycle and team leadership experience with large-scale implementations specifically in managing development and data objects · Demands cross-functional information technology/business analysis background · Requires a minimum of 5 -7 years directly related and progressively responsible experience, and management and/or project leadership experience · Six Sigma Black Belt designation an asset. · Bilingualism an asset MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

A high degree of business acumen in the pharmaceutical health services field, in addition to, demonstrated leadership experience, operating in a high growth, high transaction multi location environment with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders Strong Project Portfolio Management Skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time and under tight deadlines, operating in a cross-functional environment. Provides subject matter expertise (SME) of business process using standard project methodology Technical expertise in project management support tools (examples: MS Project, Visio, MS Office Suite). Knowledge of Patient Support Programs, Billing, Pharmacy, Distribution, Pharmacovigilance, and ERP applications an asset Possesses subject matter expertise (SME) and understanding of business principles, processes relative to capabilities in the pharmaceutical services field. Ability to organize, plan, and implement projects of various size and scope. Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions. Excellent presentation skills able to influence decisions. Ability to lead and direct team members working on the project. Ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situations.
