Working with our client in the Oakville/Mississauga area we are actively recruiting for a Bilingual French Parts Order Desk Clerk to join their expanding team. Working closely with the Order Desk team, you will manage all aspects of the customers' orders. The key responsibilities of the Parts Order Desk may include but are not limited to: *answering customer inquiries *coordinating with technicians to order needed parts *entering customers' orders into data base *tracking shipments *communicating ETA's or any delays *providing update on delivery of parts
