The Project Support Specialist takes a lead role in managing a variety of projects to support our practice in process implementation, technology testing, and reporting. Duties include: working with team leaders to establish key initiatives, developing familiarity with several software products to support the practice, reviewing and documenting processes, and carrying out internal/external reporting requirements.


  • Business testing of third-party monthly software updates during regular business hours and one Saturday per month
  • Work with team members and key-stakeholders to review and document various internal practice processes and protocols
  • Identify, analyze and design processes to enhance information flow
  • Create and automate reports as needed to support client requirements while adhering to internal reporting standards
  • Automate existing client reports to reduce manual manipulation, improve data quality and agility
  • Attend weekly meetings as scheduled
  • Manage additional projects as and when needed


To qualify, candidates must have:

  • 1-3 years’ of relevant experience
  • High proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skills)
  • VBA/Macro knowledge
  • Technology and project management experience
  • High level of analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
