TELUS digital is looking for an experienced Digital Analytics Manager to join the Analytics Platform team. In this role you will support a team responsible for our analytics stack of tools. These including Adobe Marketing Cloud (Analytics, Target, AAM), Ensighten, DOMO and ClickTale. You will be accountable for providing the strategic direction and leadership to the platform team that has the mandate to ensure our analytics tools are properly utilized. This includes analytics tagging, data creation and visualization, creating targeted and personalized experiences, and data stewardship.
What you’ll be responsible for:
Provide leadership and communicate the vision and strategy to the platform team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Manage and support the platform team which is responsible for data creation (tracking/tagging), optimization (testing and personalization), data governance, and vendor management
Continuously attract, build and inspire a talented analytics team
Enable the Digital team to deliver actionable insights to improve customer experiences
Work collaboratively with other TELUS teams and outside vendors/agencies to support digital analytics initiatives
What you’ll need to be successful:
Minimum of 6 year’s relevant industry experience
Strong leadership experience and proven ability to drive results, positively influence change, and motivate others
Detail-oriented and strong technical and working knowledge of digital analytics technologies
Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
Excellent time and project management skills
Strong business and mathematical acumen
Experience with tag management solutions (Ensighten, Adobe DTM, etc.)
Experience with analytics, site testing, personalization and customer experience tools
Experience with SQL and databases an asset
Understanding of and experience with agile, iterative, lean product lifecycles
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to openly contribute ideas within a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
