Your main responsibilities:
Meet sales objectives by offering solutions tailored to your clients' overall needs
Identify business opportunities in your market for all products and services offered by the Bank
Ensure that service and operational quality standards are applied and that compliance and risk management rules are followed
You will work in an environment requiring determination, a positive attitude and good stress management.
For us, it is important that you:
Have experience in sales or business development
Have experience in customer service
Be bilingual, both spoken and written (English and French)
Have a college diploma and 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 months of experience
Have a Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or become certified within 3 months of hiring)
The selected candidates will have to complete online tests during the recruitment process.
Please note that a minimal time in function ( in the same function, same transit and/or same portfolio) of 2 years is required for this position because it demands a constant and direct relationship with customers. This period will allow you to acquire the required skills for the position and to build a relationship with your customers.
Selected candidates will be given training.
Work schedule requires evening shifts (Wednesdays until 7 pm, Thursdays until 8 pm) and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm on a rotation basis.
Please note that the work schedule may vary according to operational needs.
Flexibility to cover several branches, required. The candidate will work at the Rockland Branch and will then be relocated within the Ottawa region.
Please note that priority will be given to employees in the relocation process who meet the requirements of the position.
