Autodesk Sales Support Administrator in Ontario, Canada
Principal Duties and Responsibilities *Assist in producing customer or partner facing information / documentation used for presenting sales related findings and data to assist in closing opportunities. *Answer inquiries from customers, ADSK employees, and Channel partners on supported programs/activities and may route opportunities or leads to the appropriate channels for investigation and research. *Interface with ADSK sales, marketing, legal, finance, operations, GCSO, EIS or third party vendors on issues affecting the day to day business as well as process improvements. *Assist in developing methodologies for determing recipients for sales efforts, marketing campaigns or training initiatives. *Interact with salesforce.com and other ADSK systems to track opportunities or cases and create various reports to monitor team and sales metrics. *Create, maintain and distribute program documentation, communications & training materials for internal and external stakeholders. *Compares, reviews, and researches records within a database. Performs extensive analysis/research on data and applies rules to each record. Updates the record and coordinates inputs with team members. *Responds to and supports various sales teams by assisting with certain administrative sales activities to drive business. *Daily contact with end user prospects, partners and internal Autodesk Sales and Support teams using various forms of communication including case management. *(May)Assist on customer calls to review audit findings, explain documentation, and answer questions on analysis findings.
