The duties of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the color book implementation for ION. This entails:

Validation of data-sets & color book reporting

Analyzing color book target setting, perform variance reporting

Roll-out of reporting, where applicable, to N-2 organizations.

Monthly reporting

Ad-Hoc reporting & analysis.

  • Oversee Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reporting for ION.

Ensuring operational & financial targets are clear and aligned with the BG processes.

Communication of relevant KPI s to the central CoPQ team, with variance explanations.

Monthly reporting

Ad-Hoc reporting & analysis.

  • Assist with Continuous Improvement Business Case validation.

  • Real Estate tracking for ION.

Support and drive N-2 reporting

Site consolidation analysis

Monthly reporting

Ad-Hoc reporting & analysis

  • Further reporting and analysis as required by the ION COO team.

Qualifications:

  • Business undergraduate degree.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business / financial analysis.

  • Business modeling, reporting, process skills essential.

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

  • Experience using MS office applications, finance systems.

  • Ability to work across functional groups in a matrix organization structure, as well as independently to drive initiatives.

  • Proactive, result-oriented and considerable attention to detail.
