Freeman Expositions, Ltd. in Ottawa is seeking a talented, enthusiastic Sales Administrative Assistant who will give our clients both the best internal and external service in the industry. The primary purpose of this role is to assist sales and account management team with event productions in our sales team. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and distributing work tickets

  • Coordinating production forms, exhibit kit requests, graphics order forms and floor plan request

  • Arranging conference calls, meetings and travel arrangements and expense reports

  • Assisting the sales team at show site


  • Minimum three (2) years experience in an sales administrative role or tradeshow work experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • The ability to type 50 words a minute


  • High School Diploma or College Degree


  • College Degree &/or combination of education & work experience

  • Knowledge of Total Show System (TSS), Salesforce.Com (SFDC), Event Process Solutions (EPS), SAP and InDesign
