Bilingual Customer Support Representative

This role will provide top-notch customer service, technical support and research assistance to Quicklaw® and LexisNexis® online service subscribers. Full bilingualism (English/French), exceptional interpersonal skills and strong computer skills are required. Customer service experience is required. Knowledge of the legal system or legal terminology is an asset.

As the Bilingual Customer Support Representative your key roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical support and password queries relating to all aspects of Quicklaw, Lexis.com and Nexis.com and other adjacent products

  • Provide search assistance to customers by telephone and email in French and English for Quicklaw, Lexisnexis.com and other adjacent products

  • To ensure customer satisfaction and customer retention by providing technical and research assistance for online products by phone and by email

  • Follow up with customers regarding ongoing technical support or search questions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education with an emphasis on working in a law office or legal education

  • 3 years of related customer service experience in a large mid-size-large company would be an asset.

  • Fully bilingual (French/English) spoken and written

  • Hours Monday-Friday 8.30-4.30pm
