We are currently seeking a Bilingual Senior Financial Analyst for a 3 month contract with our Non-Profit client. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for: -Assist with budget preparation: review assumptions and supporting schedules - assign project codes; -Review the financial sections of agreements; -Develop financial reporting packages specific to individual project reporting requirements; -Provide support, guidance and training to program and personnel on budget, coding and financial reporting requirements; -Review field financial report: coding, cash advance request, supporting documentation; -Budget vs actuals analysis: monthly reports, develop/revise variance reporting templates; -Prepare quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports; -Set up projects and codes; -Month-end activities: reconciliations of trust funds, update commitments schedule, journal entry preparation and posting.
