Due to our continued growth, we currently have a positionfor

dynamic, highly motivated team player who will develop accounts where Anixter /

Tri-Ed can position its products and capabilities in order to assist the

customer with solutions that best suits their needs. In the role

of Branch Manager you will be responsible for:

· Driving sales opportunities within Ottawa and the surrounding area

· Supporting the sales through sales calls at all levels of

customers

· Coaching and developing the sales team and ensuring the financial

success of the Ottawa branch through

careful oversight of the P&L.

The successful candidate

for this position will possess:

· 5

years experience in managing and building successful sales teams.

· Strong

sales experience of electronic security products.

· Demonstrated

leadership and coaching skills.

· Excellent

communication skills both oral and written.

· Ability to

build strong and lasting relationships both internally and externally.

· Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced environment where continuous learning is required in

order to grow personally and professionally

· Ability to

foster and maintain individual accountability(of self and of direct reports

within sales team)

· Collaborative and proactive approach along with proven track record

in relationship building

· Perfectly bilingual(French and English)

Critical to your success in

the role will be your ability to prospect new business and to develop, maintain

and manage strong and lasting relationships with customers and your team.
