Our Ottawa client is currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join their fast-paced, high volume team. Reporting to the Controller, the Collections Specialist will work closely with senior management to monitor and maintain all collection activities for multiple business units. Additional responsibilities include: - Managing all collection efforts; - Documenting daily collections activities; - Research account disputes and billing discrepancies; - Perform account/payment reconciliations; - Respond to all collection related inquiries; and, - Identify and escalate any delinquent accounts.
