Our client in Port Coquitlam is looking for a Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to support their dynamic, fast-paced office. This is a temp to perm opportunity. Position starts ASAP, is Monday to Friday, working regular office hours. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and conducting client intake meetings and collecting information
Communicating effectively with clients
Scheduling and leading claim team meetings
Managing claims accounts
Drafting correspondence and legal documents
Conducting legal research
Preparing for trial
Preparing bills and closing files

Ability to work under pressure, to handle interruptions and to manage multiple requests.
Ability to deal with sensitive information using excellent judgement, diplomacy, and discretion.
Highly attentive to detail.
